*All monthly memberships will renew unless 14 day cancellation notice is received.

**All purchases have a 90 day expiration date from the time of purchase (this includes purchase of a single group class/appointment, or packages of five or ten sessions. Exception is to the monthly memberships).

***12-hour cancellation for any group class. Clients will not be permitted to enter class after 10 minutes after the listed start time or after the class warm-up has been completed. Only personal medical emergencies will be considered with proper communication between the client and instructor/studio. In the event of a late cancellation or missed class, you will either forfeit the session from your pack or be charged full price of missed class. Must have a valid debit or credit card on file to hold reservation.

****24- hour cancellation for any private instruction. Clients may be allowed to arrive late to their private instruction, however you will only receive the remaining time of your session; the instructor will not be obligated to go over the time allotted. Only personal medical emergencies will be considered with proper communication between the client and instructor/studio. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment, you will either forfeit the session from your pack or be charged full price of missed class.
