Maple Street Pilates Studio is a boutique Contemporary pilates Studio that offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in physical fitness and health. We believe in creating a unique movement experience that combines various exercise discipline so you can develop your body and mind in a fresh, energetic and uniquely authentic way.

  • Pilates is a low-impact integrative system of exercise that uses breath, concentration, control, centering, precision of movement, rhythm and flow, and whole body movement, which leads to balanced muscle development and relaxation. Body weight on the mat combined with the use of spring resistance offered on Pilates apparatus will even out your muscle tone, improve your strength and flexibility, balance and posture, and even help you to lose weight.

    For what it’s worth: It’s also one of the only systems of exercise that you can do lying down without too much sweating (in case you are coming in on your lunch break).

  • We are a small studio with only four reformers. We believe too many people in a class means not enough attention from the instructor. You are definitely not going to have an overcrowded class experience or get lost in the shuffle here!

    Our instructors are some of the best in the field and we are proud to have them at Maple Street Pilates! Each one has hundreds to thousands of hours teaching experience. We have not one, but TWO Master Instructors on staff (they are the ones who train new instructors) and one of the only STOTT trained instructors in the city. We know Pilates through and through and celebrate all styles taught and practiced.

    We love our clients. Some have been with us nearly 20 years and have become good friends and family. We hope you will too!

  • All of our services are a pay-per-service with a 90-day expiration from the date of your first scheduled class. We do offer five and ten session package deals for a discount. You can see all of our offerings in our online store.

    We love our students and teachers and want to offer a 10 percent discount. Please reach out and we will set you up!

    Gift certificates can be emailed or printed out at home. You can view all our pricing options new client specials and make your purchase through our online store.

  • You have three options:

    -You can book a 30 minute consult with one of our talented instructors. This is more of a getting to know you and your goals and sampling of Pilates exercises,

    -You can schedule a 50 minute private session where you will get the consult experience, but with a bit more of a workout,

    -You can dive into the deep end into one of our group classes. This option is best for those who have had some experience and are more comfortable navigating the equipment, though it’s not entirely necessary to have prior Pilates specific experience.

  • Yep! Of course depending on the nature of your injury, you may be better off scheduling a private session or two with one of our instructors who are highly trained to work with and/or around your specific needs.
